In the fall of 2018 we started construction on the processing facility. We were hoping to have it finished before our 2019 harvest season. Building the facility has taken us longer than we had expected. We missed this time line and continued to process in our temporary facility under the trees.

As of March 28, 2019 we continue to work towards our goal of having a processing facility that will provide us with some protection from the weather. This will enable us to extend our harvest season. An indoor faciltiy will also enable us to sell at farmers markets, grocery stores, drop off locations, and to restaurants.
